On February 25, 2014, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven B body-man car at a distance of about 100 meters from the front side of the lursung market in Daegu Northern-dong to about 100 meters from the front side of the lursung market in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.10%.
