Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a BMW car.

1. Around 02:30 on September 7, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at a distance of approximately approximately 100 meters from the 100-meter away from the border of the area northwest-gu, Daegu to the liven zone, where the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.172% in blood alcohol concentration.
