Punishment of the crime

From around 1996, the Defendant reported the marriage on July 2, 2009 and completed the divorce on August 2, 2012 while living together with the victim B.

1. Defendant A and the upper-tier criminal conduct (the part before February 16, 201) of Defendant C [the part before February 16, 201] Defendant C planned to take money from the upper-tier criminal Defendant C on the ground of the upper-tier criminal defendant C to take over the money from the victim as if he could have been transferred the land instead, and to use the money with the upper-tier criminal defendant C, together with the gambling butts. The upper-tier criminal defendant C tried to bring money to the same way with Defendant A for the purpose of preparing money to be used with the gambling place butts.

이에 따라 피고인 A은 2009. 5. 일자불상경 피해자에게 ‘내가 알고 있는 C라는 여자는 D, E의 재산관리인이었는데, 그 여자가 다른 사람 앞으로 명의신탁해놓은 땅이 엄청 많다고 하더라. 그 땅이 추징금, 벌금, 국세 때문에 압류가 되었다고 하는데, 그 땅을 찾는데 필요한 비용을 대주면 압류를 풀고 땅으로 준다고 한다. F(피해자의 지인)도 C한테 돈을 빌려주고 용인 땅 370평을 받았고, 어느 대학교수도 7-8억원을 그 여자한테 줬다고 하더라. 그 여자는 G 전 장관이 작은 아버지이고, 탤런트 H의 마누라였다. 신분이 믿을만하니 우리도 돈을 주고 고양시 능곡 근처의 땅과 김포 근처의 땅으로 이전받자’라고 거짓말하고, 상피고인 C는 이에 동조하여 피해자에게 전화하여 ‘돈은 I 명의 계좌로 보내달라. 언니 말이 맞으니, 걱정하지 말라’라고 거짓말하여, 이에 속은 피해자로부터 2009. 5. 31. C가 사용하는 I 명의의 우리은행 계좌(J)를 통해 6,000,000원을 송금받은 것을 비롯하여, 피고인들은 그때부터 2011. 2. 16.까지 별지 범죄일람표(1) 기재와 같은 방법으로 73회에 걸쳐 합계 280,250,000원을 송금받은 후 이를 도박장 꽁짓돈으로 함께...
