1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "the defendant in Part 5 of Part 3 in the judgment of the court of first instance" is dismissed as "the plaintiff"; "the whole part of Part 14 in the judgment of the court of first instance" is deleted; "within the extent that the plaintiff raised an objection against the distribution" is added; "within the extent that the plaintiff raised an objection against the distribution from Part 4 to Part 5 in the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, except for deletion of the substitute part of the first to Part 5 in the fourth to the fourth to the second part." (2) The plaintiff's appeal is justified in conclusion with the same conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
