Punishment of the crime
[2019Gohap118] On May 29, 2019, the Defendant was charged with committing assaulting the Victim B (Inn, 60 years of age) and obstructing the business of the victim by reporting the victim 112 in relation to the case, and was subjected to a disposition of suspension of prosecution for the reason of referring the case to criminal conciliation at the office of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office on July 15, 2019.
On August 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 04:40 on the second floor of Pyeongtaek-si building, and (b) on the ground that the victim did not reach an agreement in the criminal conciliation procedure of the instant case, the Defendant provided the victim with the word “YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
As a result, the defendant injured the victim for the purpose of retaliation against the provision of a criminal investigation report, such as a complaint or accusation, and cancellation of a complaint or accusation in connection with his/her criminal case investigation.
