A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) has attempted special larceny and special larceny;

A. On February 1, 2013, at around 04:00 on the first day of 04:0, the building “Emart”, which is a structure managed by the victim D of the victim D in Yacheon-gu, Yacheon-si C, which: (a) opened a door to the cuter prepared in advance to steal money; (b) intruded into the door; and (c) cut off cash of KRW 500,000 and tobacco of KRW 135,000 at the market price in the Kashter’s safe location; and (d) steals them;

B. On March 14, 2013, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, at around 05:50 on March 14, 2013, the victim tried to cut the door door, locked in advance, prepared in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, to steals money and valuables, but the victim failed to enter the door with the wind to additionally install locking devices inside the Maart and attempted to do so;

C. On March 14, 2013, at around 06:17, the victim F, a structure managed by the victim F, the Oracheon-gu, Oracheon-gu C, and then cut money and valuables, which was prepared in advance, and opened a stack and intruded into the lock, and then cut the 130,000 won of the market price at which the 450,000 won of cash was kept in the locker.

2. On April 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered fingers attached to the above J from the back seat of the KS-based vehicle from the back seat of the J, the workplace car located at H at G in Gwangju-si around 14:00; (b) taken off one credit card of the new bank in the J’s name, and then purchased one gold scrap from the “M” for the victim’s L operation in H on the same day at around 16:49; and (c) submitted the said credit card to the victim as if the said credit card was in its own signature on the credit card sales slip prepared by the victim; and (d) granted the victim the amount equivalent to KRW 2,808,000,00 from the victim, namely, the said gold paper’s market price at the 2,808,00.
