Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. 1. Defendant E and Defendant D, along with the crime committed against the victimO, have discovered one bicycle set of 3.20,000 won at the victim’s market price from the entrance stairs installed above, and have prepared in advance, set up the above bicycle locking device.
