A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant is a person who has been punished for drinking two times or more by a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 1, 2011, and a fine of 2 million won or more for the same crime at the same court on February 6, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a driver of a passenger car by borrowing B.

On April 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.156% among blood transfusions on April 16, 2017, and driven the front road in front of the Yong-Namnam University Living Center located in the Gyeyang-dong at the Gyeongsan-si at the Gyeongsan-si.
