When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of BMW car.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall not change course when it is likely to impede the normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change his/her route, and shall not make a sudden braking, such as suddenly stopping the motor vehicle or reducing the speed of the motor vehicle, unless it is necessary to prevent danger and other unavoidable circumstances, and shall not engage in the aforementioned conduct continuously or repeatedly, threaten or endanger other persons, or cause any danger to traffic.

Nevertheless, on May 2, 2018, the defendant was driving the above vehicle at the front intersection located in C and turned to the left at the time of 08:31 on May 2, 2018, and the defendant was trying to turn to the right at the opposite side of D and C, despite the absence of any circumstance that the driver was required to speed up or stop the vehicle in front of the above intersection, and even though the driver was driving the vehicle at the front intersection after the two-lanes of the defendant's vehicle, the driver was moving to the two-lanes of the driver's vehicle, and the victim was changing to the left side of the defendant's vehicle, changed to the two-lanes of the victim's vehicle from the first lane to the first one, and turned to the left side of the first lane, the victim's vehicle again stopped the vehicle by changing from the first two-lane to the first one, and the first two-lane to the left left.

As a result, the Defendant repeatedly committed a violation of prohibition of change of course and a violation of prohibition of sudden restriction, and repeatedly led the victims and drivers of other vehicles in normal driving conditions to threaten or endanger them, or to cause danger to traffic.
