Criminal facts

On January 21, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Southern District Court, and on October 24, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of two million won for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 21, 2008, and on November 21, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and one year of suspended execution for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 21, 2008, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and one year of suspended execution for the same crime at the Changwon District Court on August 29, 2013.

On January 13, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol 02:00, the Defendant driven two freight vehicles from the front road of about 7km from the front road to the front road of the shooting distance in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, without a driver’s license, synthetic 1, which is in the synthetic Dong of Changwon-si, Mawon-si, without a driver’s license, at approximately 0.137% of alcohol concentration.

In particular, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months at the first instance court on February 8, 2013 due to drunk driving on November 21, 2008 after he was sentenced to a suspended sentence, and was sentenced to imprisonment for six months at the first instance court on February 8, 2013 after he was sentenced to a suspended sentence.
