original decision
Supreme Court Decision 75No9 Delivered on July 8, 1975
Text
The special appeal shall be dismissed.
Reasons
A special appeal may be filed with the Supreme Court only on the ground that there is a violation of the Constitution or laws that affected the trial with respect to a ruling or an order, and the final ruling or order of the Supreme Court cannot be filed with the Supreme Court again, with the Supreme Court, a complaint, reappeal or special appeal. This case is not a ruling or order, but a ruling or order, and thus, it constitutes a special appeal with the Supreme Court’s rejection ruling, and thus, it cannot be deemed unlawful. Therefore, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating judges.
