1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Therefore, Defendant A’s violation of the trucking transport business by running a trucking transport business without permission for change.

The judgment of the court below that found this part of the facts charged as not guilty is erroneous in the misapprehension of legal principles, which affected the conclusion of the remaining judgment.
