Part on the violation of the Trucking Transport Business Act is reversed.

Reasons

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The court below erred by misunderstanding the facts and misunderstanding the legal principles, where a disposition to accept an automobile-management report by the competent authority based on the Defendant’s report on the dismissal of a car can be deemed to be null and void or cancelled as a matter of course, such as a false entry into an electronic record, a false entry, and an electronic record, etc., such as an official electronic record, and a false entry into an electronic record.

2. The Defendant is a person operating the Cargo Transport Business Co., Ltd. (U.E).

Trucking from January 20, 2004, the Trucking Transport Business Act was amended to include truck vehicles under the Trucking Transport Business Act (cargo vehicles, i.e., truck vehicles under the Trucking Transport Business Act, including truck vehicles and special vehicles under the Motor Vehicle Management Act. Trucks under the Motor Vehicle Management Act are classified into general, dump, bom, and special-purpose shapes, and special-purpose vehicles are classified into dog type, salvage type, and special-purpose types.
