On December 16, 2017, at around 05:37, the Defendant driven a BMW car at a distance of about 500 meters from the 0.113% alcohol concentration among blood transfusion to the 6-3rd road of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
