Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2017, around 00:07, the Defendant driven a buffer vehicle with a distance of approximately 1km from the infinite-dong, Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, to the 463-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Samcheon-si, to the BRT front road, using a 0.129% alcohol concentration in blood, while under the influence of alcohol.
