A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 20, 2017, between 10:17 and 10:26, the Defendant: (a) left the place where the Defendant had a mind to interfere with work without suffering from stress arising from noise at the workplace in the sand gathering site, the Frando managed by the victim E ( South, 33 years old) of the Sinsan-si.

3. On July 13, 2017, from around 20:06 to around 20:40, the Defendant: (a) taken the F-Gu sand gathering site managed by the victim E as described in paragraph (1) into a narrow channel adjacent to the above F periodical entrance; (b) took night work in the said sand gathering site ( South, 59 years old); and (c) took five plant varietyers, such as G (North, 59 years old), and H, etc. with five plant varietyers, who are dangerous articles he uses by the Defendant, and takes sand.
