If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on December 17, 2012, when the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant obstructed the work of the apartment management office by force of about 40 minutes, such as that the victim B (here, 49 years of age) was working as the director of the management office in the Busan Dong-gu C building management office.
