Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2013, at around 23:13, the Defendant driven a rocketing car at a distance of about 100 meters from 100 meters from the 103rd to the 102nd of the same apartment house located in the Mapo-Eup, Mapo-gu, Gopo-si, Gwangju, with the alcohol concentration of 0.130%.
