Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, at around 21:49, the Defendant driven a Bpd car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.101% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 500 meters from the front day of the two districts located in the Orpo-Eup in Gwangju Metropolitan City to the front day of the same Eup Gopo-ri in the same Eup.
