Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties in the Gwangju District Court's netcheon Branch on June 27, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive and is still under suspension of execution.

2. On March 19, 2014, around 23:18, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Use of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Victims: (a) sent text messages stating “Chewing, chewing, and Chewing” to the victim’s cell phone from the Defendant’s place of residence to the victim’s mobile phone; (b) and (c) reached repeatedly a total of 35 times from the aforementioned date and time to October 20:58 of the same year via an information and communications network, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
