Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 14, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s chest on one occasion at the court’s front corridor, Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court) No. 606, Seoul Northern District Court (Seoul Northern District Court 749), as a civil litigation issue brought by the victim C (the 46 years old, South) and the victim against the Defendant, while making a dispute with each other, and assaulting the victim’s chest at the Defendant’s shoulder.

Paragraph (1) above, and where there are about 20 persons for civil petitioners working in the above court, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by publicly alleging that “A victim, while she had a dispute with the victim, she was fluencing the victim with whom she had a fluorous fluor, she had a fluorous fluor, she had a fluor, she had a fluorous fluor, and the she had a fluorous fluor in a fluorous fluor.”
