A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2015, at around 00:24, the Defendant listens to the bathing theory from the day of the victim D (years 28) and the victim E (years 24) who fright while drinking and drinking in the drinking house restaurant located in Daegu Northern-gu C, Daegu, about 00:24.
