A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2014, at the main point of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and the second floor C, on the ground that the victim D (year 41) was changed to himself, the Defendant sold the parts side of the head of the Defendant’s body due to an empty small-scale disease, and caused the Defendant’s bodily injury that caused the Defendant’s finger to tear, and caused the Defendant’s finger to tear.
