1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay the following amount to the Plaintiff:

The relevant Plaintiff between the parties based on the facts is the owner of the building indicated on the ground (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) and the building C on the ground (hereinafter referred to as the “C building”) of the Daejeon Seo-gu B’s land (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”).

Defendant Liber General Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Liber General Construction”) is the executor of the instant construction work (hereinafter “instant construction work”) that newly constructs the 4th underground and the E Urban Residential Housing of the 15th floor above the ground surface (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the land adjacent to the instant land and building, Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon. Defendant Liber Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Liber Construction Industry”) is the contractor of the instant construction work.

The instant construction project, including the content of the instant construction project, commenced around March 2012 and completed around October 2013. During the construction project, the construction project was conducted from April 2012 to December 2, 2012.
