A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant took pictures of the body of the victim, who might cause a sense of sexual shame by photographing the victim E (n, 26 years of age) via the hosting site with the amount of sexual intercourse at KRW 200,00 as the price for sexual intercourse, and sexual intercourse. 5. On September 16, 2014, around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) provided the victim H (V, 25 years of age) who met through the hosting site with the payment of sexual traffic at the “Gmoto” room located in Busan Shipping Daegu F, Busan; and (b) provided the victim H (V, 25 years of age) with sexual intercourse.
