1. The defendant is based on the plaintiff's restoration of real estate stated in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on January 6, 1940 as to the fact that the name is changed to Pyeongtaek-gun around February 2, 1940, the Gyeonggi-do Pyeong-gun C, the 969 Gyeonggi-do A, and that it was completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on April 6, 1940 as to the fact that the name is changed to Pyeongtaek-gun.

Land described in the port was partitioned into G 450 and H 519 on December 20, 1957. Of them, H 519 square meters (hereinafter “land before subdivision”) became each real estate listed in the current annexed list (hereinafter “each land of this case”) following the conversion of the area, change of administrative district name, etc.
C. On March 20, 1969, Korea completed the registration of transfer of ownership for each of the instant real estate divided from the land before subdivision on June 21, 1949 pursuant to Article 2(1) of the former Act on Special Measures for the Adjustment of Farmland Reform Projects (amended by Act No. 4817, Dec. 22, 1994; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), and the Defendant completed the registration of transfer for each of the instant real estate divided from the land before subdivision on March 26, 2012.
B Deceased on May 3, 1980, and died with the spouse I, and married with the child J, K, L, A (Plaintiff), M, N,O, P, Q, and R. B B died before the death, N (O February 24, 1947) and P (O on October 25, 1950). B died on August 9, 200.
In addition, K married with S(S on March 25, 1996) and died on July 11, 2016.
At present, J, L, plaintiff, M,O, Q, R, T, U,V, and W were co-inheritorss on the property of B, and they agreed on the division of inherited property that the plaintiff is the sole heir on April 24, 2017.

A. Judgment on the cause of the claim 1) The former Farmland Reform Act (amended and enforced by Act No. 31 of June 21, 1949) was enacted and enforced on December 22, 1994.
