Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and a fine of 50,000 won for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Cheongju District Court on April 25, 2008, to a fine of 5 million won for an attempted larceny in the Chungcheong District Court on April 25, 2008, and to a suspended sentence for 6 months with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court on March 11, 2009.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
