A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 07:20 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim E at a soup drying site located in Gumi-si C, and caused a theft of KRW 1,080,000, the market price of the victim’s possession, which was located on the floor, of KRW 1,080,000, and one galleno-2 mobile phone mobile phone of the victim’s bank located in the cellular phone case, and KRW 8,00,000, in cash.

2.
