A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2019, around 18:05, the Defendant: (a) viewed the victim C (34 years of age) and the Defendant’s wife D to board the said telecom and to board the ESP car at the top of the entrance of the 2019 Bridge; and (b) operated the Defendant’s FS5 vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and (c) met the Defendant’s FSS5 vehicle, with the part of the Defendant’s FS5 vehicle in front of the said SM5 vehicle, the lower part of the said 205 vehicle and the back part.

After that, at around 18:06 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was driving the victim C with a full-time three-lane car located in the original city; (b) was overtaken the said Cost 1 to two-lane; and (c) threatened the victim’s vehicle with a sudden operation of the said Cost 5 vehicle before the said Cost 18:08 on the same day as he/she may cause an accident; and (d) continuously, at the five-lane in front of the original city G zone, the victim’s (the above part of the Cost 5 vehicle was shocked to the front part of the said S. 5 vehicle; and (e) continued to stop the said part of the said Cost 18:08 on the same day with the front part of the victim’s vehicle; and (e) the victim’s rapid operation of the said Cost 2nd part of the said passenger vehicle to the front part of the said Cost 5 vehicle; and (e) continued to stop the said part of the said Cost 18:08 on the same day with the front part of the victim’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things and inflicted injury on the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim H, such as catum salt, which requires treatment for about three weeks, and at the same time, 2,520,903 won for the victim C driver’s above car, and the victim H driver’s above coke car is also a car.
