A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The seized resident registration certificate (No. 1) shall be returned to the victim B.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, a bad credit holder, experienced difficulties in living due to the lack of import, was advertising to seek the source of street occupation in the job offer advertisement column on the Internet rice Luxembourg market site. The Defendant, while displaying the goods to be sold on the platform at a designated place from the street shop shop owner, was able to have the goods sold by selling the goods as if he/she were to work as the street store user by using the fact that he/she managed the goods alone, and had the sales proceeds by selling the goods.

Accordingly, on June 27, 2016, the Defendant called the victim C, who is a business owner at the street store, and the fact was that the Defendant had no intention to work as a store store as above, but has attempted to acquire the selling goods, the Defendant acquired the victim with the Defendant’s false statement that “I will work as a store store store store store store store store store store store store store store store store store store store.” On June 28, 2016, the Defendant got 100, the total market price of the victim’s own market price in front of the building at Seoyangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, and 10,5, 15, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 10, 15, and 15, etc.

2. Around July 20, 2016, the Defendant embezzled the above resident registration certificate that left possession of the victim without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the resident registration certificate owned by the victim B at the “F Police Research Institute” prior to the “F Police Institute” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and returning it to the victim, and embezzled the said resident registration certificate that left possession of the victim.
