A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than six months and by imprisonment for not more than two months for each crime of No. 2 of the judgment of the court below.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2015, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny for three months in the original branch of the Chuncheon District Court.

4.6. The execution of the sentence was completed, and on April 20, 2016, the Chuncheon District Court sentenced a punishment of one year for habitual larceny, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 7 of the same year.

On February 2, 2017, at around 15:45, the Defendant habitually stolen another’s property over four occasions, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from the E operation of the victim D, which was located in Won-si, to the end of February 26, 2017, one cut 35,000 won of the market price owned by the said victim.

2. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;

A. A. Around May 2014, the Defendant embezzled the victim F’s occupied separated articles, i.e., one resident registration certificate, one new physical card, and one influenite with a credit card that the victim F lost at a remote area with a name-to-face (hereinafter referred to as the “defluence”), and then embezzled one influencies of the market price in which one credit card was entered.

B. On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the resident registration certificate lost by the victim G in the vicinity of a performance hall, which is located in 170, a short-term city, from the original city in the original city; and (b) embezzled the victim G with his/her idea to have.

Around May 2014, the Defendant embezzled for the victim H’s possession, even though he/she acquired one resident registration certificate and one driver’s license certificate lost by the victim H in the vicinity of the above performance hall, and he/she embezzled on his/her own think that he/she had.
