A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2015, at around 02:20, the Defendant damaged public goods, on the front of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and on the front of 119 reported by the Defendant that the Defendant had a certificate of telegraph transfer at a drinking condition, the Defendant sent out after being reported to the 119th day of Seoul, Eunpyeong Fire Station D119 emergency service workers E belonging to the D119 Safety Center, who was under the influence of alcohol and without any justifiable reason, got off the Defendant who was enjoying on the bicycle lane.

As a result, the Defendant damaged the first-aid vehicle, which is an object used by public offices, to the extent of approximately KRW 495,00 in repairing cost.

2. The violation of the Framework Act on Fire Services and the Defendant injured the victim’s right at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and the 119 first responder E (the age of 30) belonging to the Seoul Central Fire-Fighting Division D119 Safety Center, in which the 119th responds to the vehicular road while leaving the cucks as above, were prevented. The victim’s left side buckbucks and the victim’s left side bucks and left 14-day medical treatment were provided.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with emergency medical services by exercising assault against fire fighters, and at the same time injured the victim.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 같은 날 02:51경 서울 은평구 F에 있는 G파출소 앞에서, 서울은평경찰서 G파출소 소속 경위 H이 순찰차를 타고 온 피고인을 하차시키려고 하자 아무런 이유 없이, “니가 경찰관이면 다냐, 씨발놈, 가만두지 않겠다, 너는 뭐냐.”라고 욕설하며 갑자기 발로 H의 낭심 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning crime prevention.
