A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 2012, the Defendant ordered MAM-2201 (Article 2 subparag. 3(a) of the Narcotics Control Act, and attached Table 33(33) subparag. 3(a) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and similar body), approximately 3gs of psychotropic drugs, through an Internet site (D) (Article 2 subparag. 3(a) of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and Article 333(3) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., -250, and similar body) to a volume of 24gs (limited to KRW 39,00,000). After that, on October 2 of the same year, the above international registered mail arrived at the Incheon National Port of Korea, and the defendant was in the same month.

5. At around 14:00, the above international registered mail was received at the domicile of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E apartment No. 117-dong 803.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 3g of psychotropic drugs, MAM-2201.

(2) On November 2012, the Defendant smoked by dividing approximately 1.5g of MAM-2201, imported from the office of the first floor of the Gangnam-gu Seoul F building underground, as in the preceding paragraph, with B, from around 1.5g.

Accordingly, the Defendant used approximately 1.5g, psychotropic drugs, MAM-2201.

B. On December 2012, 201, the Defendant used the second MM-2201 smuggling and used (1) above.

In the manner described in paragraph (1) of this section, approximately 3gs of MAM-2201 were ordered to cover 24gs (at least KRW 39,000). During the same month, a person who was not entitled to name in the United Kingdom sent an international registered mail with approximately 3gs concealed in the above MAM-2201.

After that, on January 4, 2013, the above international registered mail arrived at the Incheon National Port of Korea, and the defendant was in the same month.

8. The above international registered items have been received at his domicile.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 3g of psychotropic drugs, MAM-2201.

(2) On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) divided the MAM-2201 imported from the playground near Gangnam-gu Seoul G Apartment along with B with B, and smoked in approximately 1.5g.

Accordingly, the Defendant used approximately 1.5g, psychotropic drugs, MAM-2201.
