A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2019 Highly 69" is not a handler of narcotics.
Nevertheless, from March 22, 2017 to around the 28th day of the same month, the Defendant used psychotropic drug Nos. 2018 (JWH-018) in a similar chain M-2201 (EAM-2201) by putting them in a color pipe and putting them in a smoke pipe.
"2019Gohap84" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
On March 25, 2017, around 18:47, the Defendant: (a) purchased 100,000,000 won from D’s psychotropic drugs-018 (JWH-018); and (b) purchased 1g of “B” under the name “B” containing psychotropic drugs-Btel-210 (JWH-210); and (c) put 25,00,000 won in advance the storage of the above unmanned ship box; (d) put D in custody of the said money and 1g of “B” in custody; and (e) purchased it by means of the Defendant’s purchase.
"2019 Highly 106" accused is not a person handling narcotics.
On February 15, 2017, the Defendant purchased approximately 100,000 grams from D, 100,000,000,000,000 psychotropic drugs (JW-018) in the 2nd unmanned gate of Busan Shipping Daegu Btel, Busan, to purchase approximately 0.92g of psychotropic drugs (EAM-2201) from D, and purchase them by means of inserting approximately 0.92g of these D in the 11st unit of the above unmanned gate box in a cigarette containing approximately 0.92g of them.
