1. The defendant shall notify the plaintiff of each real estate stated in the attached list to the head of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff and the defendant's relations are churches belonging to A Religious Organizations, which are religious orders A (hereinafter "the religious order of this case"), and the defendant is a foundation established for the purpose of maintaining and managing the properties of the religious order of this case.

B. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Plaintiff was completed on the ground of the sales contract as of December 5, 200 received on December 5, 2000 as of the land listed in the separate sheet (1) No. 38424, which was owned by Nonparty D (hereinafter “instant land”). The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed on the ground of donation under No. 954, which was received on January 10, 2002 by the above court as of January 10, 2002.

(2) On December 2, 2002, No. 44997, the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the defendant was completed as to the building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list, which is the above land building (hereinafter “the building No. 2”).

(3) With respect to the land stipulated in Paragraph (3) of the Attached List, which was owned by Nonparty F (hereinafter “instant third land”), the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed on the ground of a sales contract on November 22, 2007 by the above court No. 370 on January 4, 2008, and the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of Nonparty F was completed on the ground of a sales contract on November 22, 2007. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was completed on June 13, 2008 by the above court No. 19294, Jun. 13, 2008.

(4) On October 24, 2018, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of E was completed under the above court No. 33978, Oct. 24, 2018, as to the building listed in the attached list No. 4 (hereinafter “the building No. 4 of this case”), which is the building on the above land, due to donation under No. 35069, Nov. 3, 2008, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant was completed.

(C) Each of the instant real estates, “The land and buildings in question Nos. 1-4.”

The Plaintiff’s termination of the Plaintiff’s title trust agreement shall either make registration of preservation of ownership under E and Defendant’s name in accordance with the title trust agreement with E and the Defendant.
