피고인은 2017. 11. 14. 18:00 경 부산 북구 B에 있는 ‘C 식당’ 앞길에서, 그 직전 인 같은 날 17:57 경 위 장소에 피해자 D이 ‘E’ 씨트로 앵 승용차량 지붕 위에 핸드백과 현금 250만 원이 든 봉투를 올려 둔 채 깜빡 잊고 위 차량에 시동을 걸어 운전해 가다가 길에 떨어뜨린 위 현금 2,500,000원이 든 봉투와 현금 1만 원권과 5만 원권 합계 180,000원, 5천 원권 지폐 1 장, 동전 3,000원 가량, 10만 원짜리 신세계 상품권 1 장, 시가 미상의 CGV 영화 상품권 1 장, 300,000원 상당의 구 찌 선글라스 1개, 시가 150,000원 상당의 화장품 파우치 2개, 시가 미상의 휴대용 치 솔 살균 기가 들어 있는 시가 500,000원 상당의 검정색 루지엔 라운지 가방 1개, 롯데 신용카드 1 장, 삼성신용카드 1 장, 현대신용카드 1 장, 우리은행 체크카드 1 장, 농협은행 체크카드 1 장이 들어 있는 시가 700,000원 상당의 버버리 검정색 지갑 1개 등 시가 합계 4,483,000원의 재물을 습득하였다.
