A Imprisonment with prison labor of two years and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of three years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 2012, the Defendants, along with F, conspiredd with the victim G (the age of 38) and the victim H (the age of 37), to put ball cartridges into the golf room, and to regulate and arrest local people of the Philippines presumed as police officers (hereinafter “police officers”), and to pay money and valuables for release.

F, after arresting the victims, the police officers who were arrested, sought out the ball cartridges and then sent them to the Defendant A, and the Defendant A, around 17:00 on December 1, 2012, stored two ball cartridges in the golf day of the victims who were in custody in the Philippines Anrascis City with the Defendant B, and stored two ball cartridges in the golf day of the victims who were in custody. On the same day, around 21:00 on the same day, the victims were sent to the airport by contact the victims, and the victims were sent to the airport.

Since then, the police officers waiting for hotel posts called "the victims have been notified of explosives" and threatened them with a gun, search the victims G golf banks to find two ball cartridgess and move the victims to an office where the victims are waiting for, and detained the victims at around 22:20 on the same day.

Since then, Defendant B failed to make a reply to the victims by stating to the effect that “I want to unsatisfy in order, I must supply money to police officers as required, and if you do not do so, satisfy may die, and continue to be confined in satisfy, and may continue to be confined in satisfy”, Defendant B paid approximately 40,000 US dollars and US$ 3100 (4.5 million US dollars) to police officers who demand approximately 4.5 million US dollars as the condition of release.

Accordingly, the defendants jointly get police officers to get approximately 40,00 US dollars 31,00 ($4,500,000) from victims.
