A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Punishment of the crime
On December 1, 2012, the Defendant, along with C and D, conspiredd the victims E (the age of 38) and the victims F (the age of 37) to put ball cartridges into golf banks, and to regulate and arrest local persons of the Philippines presumed to be police officers (hereinafter “police officers”), and to pay money and valuables in return for release.
At around 17:00 on December 1, 2012, the Defendant respondeded the police officers to arrest the victims, and then sought and delivered them to C, and C collected two ball cartridges from the G hotel seat located in the Philippines Anrast City with D on December 1, 2012, and collected two ball cartridges from each of the victims' golfs kept in the said place, and on the same day at around 21:00 on the same day D called D to contact the victims and to start to the airport.
Since then, police officers waiting for hotel cages had threatened victims with "explosion of explosives", search for golf banks of victims E, find two ball cartridgess, move the victims into the office where the victims are waiting for, and detained victims at around 22:20 on the same day.
Since then, D shall supply money to the victims as required by police officers if they want to unsatisfy in order. To the effect that "I may die, and continue to be confined in satisfy, and may continue to be confined in satisfy," the police officers who demanded approximately 4,500,000 US dollars and US$ 31,00 (4,500,000 US dollars) to be paid to the victims who failed to make a reply.
As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with C and D, had police officers receive USD 40,00 from victims about USD 31,00 ($4,500,00).
