On September 5, 2019, at around 09:45, the Defendant was driving a flicker car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 5 km section from the roads near the new wind bridge in Seo-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front roads in Jin-gu G in Jeonjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

3. Around 13:00 on September 2, 2019, the Defendant was driving a F-low driver’s vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.215% without obtaining a driver’s license from around 4km-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (I) to the roads adjacent to the Jan-gun, Jan-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (F-low driver’s license).

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

4. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Fchip motor vehicle.

On September 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license under the influence of alcohol at around 13:00, as stated in paragraph 3, and led the Defendant to drive the said vehicle from the right side of the JJ in front of the Jeon-gun of North Korea to the right side of the Seocho-do.

At that time, the defendant is identical.
