A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall use or import psychotropic drugs from JWH-018 and its similar chain AM-2201, O-2387, and XLR11. While the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she treated narcotics as follows.

1. The Defendant, on September 2013, sent approximately KRW 520 ($ 570,000) to a financial account known by a seller of narcotics, etc. in the name-free at the national bank joint location around that time, by accessing an overseas website for the purpose of selling narcotics, etc., “D” at the Defendant’s residence located in the third floor of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, and ordering approximately KRW 30 grams and approximately 0-2387 grams.
