Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant, victim C (n, 44 years of age), victim D (n, 36 years of age) is a person who conducts cleaning at a hotel in F, the U.S. military base located in Daegu-gu E.
1. Indecent acts by compulsion;
A. On October 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim C; (b) on the back of the victim, who was laid down in a bath room installed in the hotel room above the above hotel around early 2013, the Defendant laid down the victim with both arms and forced the victim by taking the victim into custody; and (c) on November 201, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking the victim’s chest and the victim into custody. (d) On the back of early 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim et al. was revealed at the bath room installed in the hotel room above the above hotel room above the victim’s seat, and subsequently, she committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim by putting his hand into the front panty as a part of the victim’s seat.
B. At around 22:00 on September 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act against the victim D by force, such as rhything the victim’s chest, and rhything the victim’s breast at a singing room near Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, where it is difficult to know the trade name near another employee; (b) the victim was able to look at a soften; and (c) the victim was able to look at the victim’s chest; and (d) the victim’s chest was frighted into both arms; and (e) the victim expressed his intent of refusal, rhything the Defendant’s chest, and rhything the Defendant’s breast, etc., rhything the Defendant’s chest, etc. on his hand, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act in front of another employee and rhything in the middle of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 2100.
3. From April to May of 2014, the Defendant forced the victim to leave the elevator in the above hotel with the victim, who was aboard the elevator in the above hotel at around the morning, with one arms back of the victim.
