A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the site of the studio construction in Heung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Cheongju-si; (b) at the site of the studio construction in the 4th floor of the building in construction; (c) at the victim C, which was placed on the 4th floor of the building in construction; (d) at the floor level of KRW 150,000,000 in the original 150,000 won in the market value; and (d) at the market value, stolen the property of KRW 300,00

2. On June 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the site of F new construction works in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; (b) at the site of new construction works in the container-based, at the victim G located on the container floor, one Hander in the original form equivalent to KRW 400,000,000 in the market price of KRW 280,000; (c) one Hander in the form equivalent to KRW 2,000,000 in the market price; and (d) one saw in the original form equivalent to KRW 1,310,000 in the market price.

3. On July 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the construction site of the I Multi-Purpose Class H located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) at the construction site of the I Multi-Purpose Class; (c) at the market price of 240,000 won owned by the victim J located in a temporary warehouse; (d) at the original 3 of the market price of 540,000 won; and (e) at the market price of 7,200,000 won; and (e) at the market price of 1,50,000 won.

4. On July 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying three saws in the said car, which are the sum of the market price of the victim L, which was placed on the second floor of the building in the construction site, at the site of Heak-gu K Studs Construction at the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) on the second floor of the building in the construction site.
