Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:00 on April 17, 2013, Defendant A, without a car driver’s license, driven CM7 car at the 2km section from the rear door of the apartment house in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul to the front day of Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

2. On April 18, 2013, Defendant A and D co-principaled Defendant A, at around 16:00, called D contact with E, who was aware of the intention to conceal the vehicle driving without a driver’s license, and the Defendant and D, around April 19, 2013, told E to make a false confession by requesting E to attend a “F” restaurant located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and to make a statement as if E driven by D substitute, by requesting E to make a false confession.

Around April 19, 2013, the Defendant and D had E prepare a written statement as if they driven by E at the Seoul Gangseo Police Station guard and traffic investigation team office around April 19, 2013. On April 24, 2013, the Seoul Gangseo Police Station stated the case as if they driven by E at the Seoul Gangseo Police Station guard and traffic investigation team office, and abetted the police officer G to escape.
