Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is residing in K in Kimhae-si, and the chairperson of L Development Committee is the chairperson.
1. Defendant B and Defendant B are the owners of the 3,79m2, N 326m2, O 1,354m2, P forest land 39m2, which are the owners of the 3,79m2 in Kimhae-si.
Defendant
A In around 2012, it is divided into three forms: “I am a good-quality land for farming and fishing,” and whether I am a good-quality land for the Defendant B.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to change the form and quality of land and installed structures without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
2. Defendant C and A’s joint crime is the owner of R, who is the owner of Qua 2,896m2 in Kimhae-si.

A around June 201 through July 7, 201, the defendant C proposed that "I will introduce a person who is engaged in stone construction work, and the defendant C consented thereto."
Accordingly, the Defendants: (a) cut and filled up the above Q Q 1,350 square meters without obtaining permission from the competent authorities for development activities; (b) cut and filled up the above Q 1,350 square meters; and (c) he stockpiled a stone axis of approximately 2-2.5 meters in height and approximately 70 meters in length.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to change the form and quality of land and installed structures without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
3. Defendant D and A’s joint crime is the husband of U, who is the owner of the 1,271m2 in Kimhae-si, and the 74m2 in the above TW.
