Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall obtain permission for development activities from any person who intends to install structures and change the form and quality of land which are development activities under the National Land Planning and Utilization Act;

A. On April 2013, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, the Defendant installed a stone shed with a length of 50 meters, height of 1.5 meters, and area of 75 square meters at the lower part of the south-gun of land south-gun, which is a legally planned control area, on the part adjacent to the ditch C, and installed a stone shed with a length of 74 meters, height of 1.75 meters, size of 130 square meters at the middle part of the said land. In the middle part of the said land, the Defendant installed a stone shed with a length of 10 meters, height of 2 meters, size of 10 square meters, and size of 3,168 square meters without permission. The Defendant installed a stone shed with a size of 3,168 square meters at the same time and installed a structure without permission,

B. On May 2013, the Defendant installed a stone shed with a length of 35m, height of 1m, area of 35m and size of 35m and installed a stone shed with a length of 35m, height of 2.5m, area of 87m and without obtaining permission from the competent authority, and without obtaining permission from the competent authority, installed a structure and altered the form and quality of land without permission by forming a stone shed with a size of 413m and size of 413m and size.

On May 2015, the Defendant installed a stone shed with a length of 20 meters, height of 1.5 meters, and size of 30 square meters in Nam-gun E forest, which is a legally planned control area, without obtaining permission from the competent authority, and installed a stone shed with a size of 219 square meters, and installed a structure without permission, and changed the form and quality of land.

2. Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district in violation of the Management of Mountainous Districts Act shall obtain permission from the head of the relevant forest agency for a specified purpose;

A. The Defendant changed the form and quality of a mountainous district as described in paragraph 1(b) without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, at the time, place, and place described in paragraph 1(b).

B. The Defendant changed the form and quality of a mountainous district as described in paragraph 1(c), without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, at the time, place, and place specified in paragraph 1(c).
