Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who served as a professor at D University Professional History from March 1, 2009 to February 28, 2012.
1. Around 10:50 on February 22, 2012, the Defendant, using the Internet computer in the Gu-Si 107 G office in the U.S. Office of 107 G, the wife, thereby damaging the reputation of the victim by openly exposing the fact to the extent that the Defendant: (a) “The Defendant: (b) sent the money for the training expenses to the school at the request of the faculty; (c) deposited the money for the training expenses to the school; and (d) claimed that the student was using the passbook in the name of the individual; and (d) returned the money to the school at the request of the department; and (e) returned the money to the individual’s name; and (e) disclosing the fact to the public
2. On February 23, 2012, at the same place as above 10:20, at the same time as above 10:20, the victim injured the victim’s reputation by accessing the site, such as the above 1st paragraph (1), stating that “a student’s claim is filed at a school for field visits and practical training experience, and for a school for food and simple training, and by receiving a corporate card, cash should be required for the students, and thus, making it necessary to do so.” By doing so, the victim’s reputation was damaged by exposing the fact to the public for the purpose of slandering the victim.
3. On February 24, 2012, at the same place as above 12:23, at the same time as above 12:23, the fact that the victim H had access to the website referred to in the above 199 Paragraph (1) was not a little to make or voluntarily set up a will visa by deceiving the students, and asked the student’s parents of students by making his will uneasy so as to make the students to leave the school, thereby preventing the President from leaving the school to be incapable of leading the students and their parents, and then leaving the school to leave the school to be unsatisfed by him/her, but he/she should not be silented.”
