피고인은 2014. 3. 13. 15:50경 경북 칠곡군 D에 있는 피고인의 집에서, 인터넷 E대학교 사이트(F)에 접속하여 위 사이트의 자유게시판에, 제목 ‘G’이라고 한 다음, 본문 내용에 '작금의 모든 일의 시발점이 누구에게서 비롯되었더냐 후배 교수 충동질해서 투서 쓰게 해놓고는 뒤로 발뺌하고, 후배 교수는 그 사지로 내몰고 네가 정녕 목사냐 네가 정녕 신학 교수냐 네가 예수 믿는 자냐 아니, 네가 인간이기는 하냐 (중략) 오! 택함받은 자여! 사탄의 선택에 응답할지, 하나님의 선택에 응답할지 현명하게 판단하고 결단하라! (중략) 오늘 결단하라! 택하고 부르신 하나님 앞에 무릎 꿇으라! 현실을 직시하고 네가 해야 할 바가 무엇인지 지금이라도 행하라! 학생들 선동하고, 교수직 이용해서, 학점으로 학생들 겁박하고 (중략) 네가 태어난 날이 그리 자랑스럽더냐 태어나지 말았더라면 좋았을 것을 그 태어난 날을 축하하는 학생들의 생일 축하 현수막이 부끄럽지도 않더냐! (중략) 선지동산을 진흙 뻘밭으로 만들어 놓고 뻔뻔스럽게 학생들 선동하고 있는 너 가룟 유다! 너의 악행을 낱낱이 까발리기 전에 지금이라도 돌이켜 회개하고 모든 일을 되돌려 놓으라!'고 글을 게시하면서, 피해자 H의 이름을 삼행시로 표현하였다.
