Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2013, at around 17:20, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), the Defendant driven a 49c Scooter under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.095% of alcohol level 0.095% while under the influence of alcohol at around 300 meters from the 300-meter section of the Defendant’s house located in the 193rd C, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) the owner of the non-registered 49c scooter; (b) the owner of the non-registered 49c scooter; and (c) the Defendant operated the above scoo which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1).
