Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of 800,000 won and by a fine of 500,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A: (a) around June 1, 2015, on the ground that around 00:20 on June 1, 2015, the Victim G (19 years old) was changed in the “F cafeteria located in Yong-gun E” restaurant, which was a trial expense, and assaulted Defendant A at the time of drinking flapsing and drinking face.

2. Defendant B assaulted the victim’s chest on his hand on the ground that the victim G acted in front of the above restaurant at the time near the day specified in paragraph (1).

1. The summary of the facts charged was the date and place indicated in paragraph (2) of the crime, and the defendant committed an assault, such as flabing the victim’s flab, and pushing the victim’s flab, on the ground that the victim was flabing the victim’s flab G.

2. The above facts charged are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent. Since the victim withdraws his/her intent to punish the Defendant after the indictment of this case, this part of the indictment is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
