1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall pay KRW 30,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from April 10, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 24, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with Defendant B on the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) and the building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by Defendant B (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) to purchase KRW 330 million with the instant land, and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant real estate on September 20, 2017.
B. The Plaintiff reported the advertisement posted on the Internet by E, an employee of the D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, who arranged the instant sales contract prior to the conclusion of the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant advertisement”), and revealed his intention to purchase the instant real estate. The advertisement is as follows.
On the 131st non-high-level 1st floor, 46 square meters, rooms, two bathing rooms, kitchens, boiler rooms, boiler rooms, lodging business registration, accommodation business registration, 25th class general restaurants of the second floor of the multi-use rooms, one small bank, two common toilets, 18 million won for joint toilets, and 370,000 won for the monthly average income of the shower and 1.8 billion won for the 1.8 billion won for the 2nd class mortgage of the shower, and 370,000 won for the 6 to 100,000 won for the monthly average income of the 6 to 100,000 won for the 6 to 100,000 won for the monthly average income of operating revenue of 4.3 billion won for the deduction of KRW 963 billion for the monthly average income of 6 to 10,000,000 won for 3.5 billion won for the seller.
C. The 15 households living in the village in which the instant real estate is located shall invest 2 million won each, and establish the F Association (hereinafter “instant association”) and operate a G camping site located in the said village from the Sungju-gun around May 2016 (hereinafter “instant camping site”).
